  5. En la “esquina” superior Izquierda pondriamos un buen montón de queso rallado para fundir, o u Havarti en lonchas va muy bien
  6. En la “esquina” inferior Izquierda, pondriamos los Nuggets y el Jamón.
  7. Una opción “Infantil” (o no tanto por que esta de muerte) es rellenarlo con los Nuggets sustituyendo la lechuga y abajo solo Bacon o Jamón (o los dos) y no tengáis miedo con el queso. En la última capa, en vez de Salsa Chili poned Nata.
  8. Es este punto ya montariamos el Abanico. Subimos la esquina que queda libre para tapar la Lechuga, y con la Lechuga tapada lo plegamos hacia el Queso.
  9. Ahora en la capa que queda le pondriamos un poco de Salsa de Chili Dulce o Nata, para “pegar esta última capa. Y lo cerramos.
  10. En una Plancha, o Sartén antiadherente bien caliente, ponemos un pegote de mantequilla y esparcimos cuando cuando se funda.
  11. Y ahora lo fácil, ponemos en la Plancha y cocinamos. Vijilamos que se vaya dorando, y cuando tenga el tono que nos gusta, damos la vuelta.
  12. Cortamos o lo comemos entero, pero de cualquier manera está buenísimo. Unas patatitas o una ensalada es un acompañamiento ideal.
