- Se agrega las pasas o fruta confitada. Yo le puse pasas, y la fruta confitada del roscón. Se vierte en el molde con el caramelo. Se hornea en baño María en un horno precalentado a 180º C durante una hora o hasta que al pincharlo con un palillo salga seco.


- Aquí las fotos del pudín cortado. Tienen que dejarlo enfriar antes de desmoldar. Lo pueden hacer de un día para otro. Se sirve con su caramelo.
