  6. Añadir la pastilla de caldo concentrado, cubrir de agua y salar. Poner una tapadera y dejaremos que se cocine hasta que la carne esté bien blandita (en mi caso es una carne muy tierna y ha tardado en cocinarse 55’)
  7. Pasado el tiempo nuestro guiso está terminado. (pueden poner la olla exprés y una vez haya subido la pesa cuenten 35’ más o menos) En mi caso lo voy a acompañar de unas patatas fritas cortadas en cuadrados
