- Doblamos a la mitad, colocamos otra loncha de queso y luego doblamos de nuevo a la mitad cortando el exceso de queso y mortadela que nos quede en el borde, porque se nos puede pegar de la sartén.

- Le esparcimos margarina por ambos lados y los ponemos de nuevo en la sartén hasta que estén dorados para que el queso se funda (Unos 2 mins por cada lado a fuego medio)
