  1. Preparamos los ingredientes. Falta el apio en la foto que se le olvidó sacarlo.
  2. Pelamos el diente de ajo, el pepino y la cebolleta (al ajo le quito la raíz), partimos en trozos grandes y echamos a la batidora junto con los demás ingredientes en trozos. También podéis pelar los tomates si queréis, se tritura mejor, pero yo nunca los pelo y mi batidora lo tritura muy bien. Añadimos el vaso de agua y trituramos unos 5 minutos (variando de velocidad y así se coge todo)
  3. Una ves todo triturado añadimos la sal y el zumo del medio limón. Volvemos a mezclar en la batidora y ahora vamos a añadir el aceite en forma de hilo mientras sigue triturando para que emulsione. Y listo! A la nevera a que enfríe. Yo le añado aparte otro vaso de agua para que quede más líquido.
  4. Si lo queréis más fresquito podéis echarle unos hielos. Yo lo dejé enfriar en la nevera y se quede perfecto!
