- Esta receta es más que fácil, es, superfaclísima y muy rápida de hacer. Ponemos las almendras en un robot de cocina, si queremos que estén más blandas es dejarlas a remojo unas horas; añadimos pan sin corteza que he tenido a remojo en agua una tiempo; echamos ajo al gusto



- Sazonamos al gusto, añadimos un poco de agua fresca y trituramos.



- Una vez triturado le echamos vinagre al gusto y vamos añadiendo agua hasta dejarlo con la consistencia deseada y mezclamos bien.


- Finalmente vamos echando poco a poco el aceite, en chorrín pequeño para que se vaya incorporando.

- Y emplatamos, a mi me gusta acompañarlo con bolitas y virutillas de melón.
