- Después programamos 2 min vel 5 y vamos añadiendo 1 vaso de aceite de oliva virgen extra poco a poco hasta que haya bajado todo el aceite. (Os he puesto un ejemplo con agua de la cantidad del vaso de aceite que hay que echar). Dejar mezclar unos segundos más y listo!! Apartamos el salmorejo en una jarra y hacemos el mismo procedimiento para el otro Kilo de tomates. Yo hago 2 porque somos 4 personas y me gusta que sobre un poquito para el día siguiente.
