- Picar muy pequeños la cebolla, el puerro y los pimientos

- Poner una cazuela con la mantequilla a fuego bajo y cuando esté derretida añadimos las verduras


- Pelar la patata y chascar en trozos no muy grandes

- Cuando las verduras empiezan a ablandar, añadimos las patatas un poco de sal, un poquito de pimienta negra recién molida y 1 cucharadita de pimentón dulce


- Removemos y añadimos el caldo de verduras

- Dejamos unos 10 minutos, añadimos las lentejas y el repollo picado y dejamos otros 5 minutos hasta que las patatas estén blandas

- Mientras en una sartén pequeña ponemos el Aceite, y cuando esté caliente añadimos la harina, la tostamos y retiramos del fuego, añadimos 1/4 de cucharadita de pimentón dulce, removemos y añadimos a la cazuela



- Dejamos todo junto unos minutos para que espese la salsa

- Emplatamos y servimos caliente
