Me encanta la comida india y siempre tuve ganas de hacer un curry de garbanzos. Encontré las dos especias más raras (al menos para mi): amchoor powder y anardana powder, la primera mango molido y granada deshidrata molida la segunda. La cocina india tiene mil y un tipo de especies. Yo ya no sé donde meter tanto botecito porque cada vez que voy a Lavapies compro algo que para mi es básico a la hora de hacer cualquier curry. He hecho una foto de las últimas compras.

Personalmente me ha encantado, se puede tomar como plato principal en cuyo caso alimenta a dos personas o como acompañamiento para 4 personas. Yo lo tomo como acompañamiento para pollo tandoori o brochetas kofta de cordero... acompañado de pan naan.

  5. Se sirve adornado con el cilantro fresco, aunque a mi me gusta más echarlo al final de la cocción y que se cocine unos dos minutos.
