- Echais los garbanzos en una batidora junto con el zumo del limón, el tahín, el ajo, la sal, el comino y el caldo de cocción (o agua en caso de que los garbanzos sean de bote) y batis hasta crear una crema homogénea. Si se desea que el hummus quede más líquido basta con añadir más caldo o agua.
