Por último echaremos las nueces (personalmente me gusta encontrarme los trocitos de nuez en el bizcocho por ello no lo bato mucho 😊). Ponemos la masa en el molde (aconsejo ponerle papel vegetal con un poco de aceite o margarina para que no se pegue) y al horno 30-35 min aprox según la potencia de tu horno! Truco del palillo limpio nunca me falla😜
  4. Podéis hacer darle un toque dulce con un relleno butter cream que guardaremos en la nevera. También puedes echarle a todo el bizcocho pero entonces pierde la gracia de hacerlo saludable 😝 pon en un recipiente; 100 g de Philadelphia light, 50 gr de mantequilla natural o ghee, 50 gr de Fructosa y una cucharada Peque de vainilla en polvo. Bate bien y a la nevera! Aguanta muy bien si al recipiente lo cierras con film.
