- 4 gambas (motaje de hamburguesa)
- 3 cucharadas harina
- Aceite de oliva

- 1 ajo seco
- 5 cucharadas vino blanco

- 50 g queso de untar

- 2 lomos bacalao
- 8 gambas
- 1/4 de cebolla
- 1 ajo seco
- 4 cucharadas pan rallado
- 1 huevo
- Perejil
- Pimienta

- Preparamos la carne de hamburguesa, quitamos la piel al bacalao y escurrimos. Picamos las gambas y el bacalao. Y ya mezclamos estos con el huevo, pan rallado, perejil, pimienta, cebolla, ajo (estos dos último previamente picados). Mezclamoa todo bien en el bol, ponemos papel film y al frigo. Lo dejamos 1h

- Mientras preparamos la salsa de pimientos. Picamos y pochamos la cebolla y el ajo. Cuando estén le echamos el piquillo, lo marcamos y echamos el vino, reducimos. Una vez reducido le echamos el caldo de pescado (cortamos la pastilla de caldo la echamos al agua y metemos al microondas para deshacerla).



- Una vez consumido casi el caldo de pescado le echamos el queso de untar, deshacemos y ya listo para triturarlo. Lo echamos a un vaso para batidora y batimos. Apartamos.


- Pasada la hora de tener el pescado en el frigo, lo sacamos, hacemos una bola, la ponemos encima de papel film, aplastamos y hacemos la forma circular con un molde de tartar. Envolvemos con papel film y metemos al frigo 1 h o al congelador 15 min.
- Una vez pasado el tiempo de tenerlas en el frigo las sacamos, pasamos por harina y echamos a la sartén con abundante aceite. Una vez hechas, apartamos. Sofreímos también las gambas apartadas para el montaje de hamburguesa.

- Una vez que tenemos todos los ingredientes hechos montamos la hamburguesa. En el pan untamos salsa de pimiento, ponemos encuma la hamburguesa, encima de esta salsa de pimientos y 2 gambitas.
