  3. Vamos sacando los boquerones del agua y los colocamos alineados en un tupper, ponemos sal, añadimos vinagre hasta cubrir y colocamos otra capa de boquerones encima. Así hasta que los hayamos puesto todos. Cubrimos de vinagre y dejamos en la nevera unas 18-24 horas dependiendo de lo fuertes que nos gusten.
  4. Pasado este tiempo, los boquerones deben de estar bastante blanqueado, teniendo este aspecto.
  5. Cortamos muy fino el ajo y el perejil, mezclándolos ambos con los últimos cortes.
  6. Escurrimos el vinagre de los boquerones, y vamos colocándolos en un tupper limpio, de nuevo por capas. Después de poner una, añadimos ajo y perejil en abundancia, así como aceite hasta cubrir y después colocamos una nueva tanda de boquerones encima.
  7. Una vez terminamos de colocar todo, cubrimos bien de aceite y dejamos en la nevera hasta el día siguiente para que tomen bien el aliño. Son una delicia 😋!
